EDEN & ZOE RETURNS POLICY

Regular priced items
You can return or exchange any regular priced item purchased from eden & zoe (except for headwear items), provided that your return is postmarked with a date no later than 7 (seven) calendar days after your receipt of your order. The item must be returned in the condition that it was received. This means that it must be in its original packaging with all tags attached and with a receipt/gift receipt. We cannot accept any merchandise that is returned or exchanged without the relevant packaging or that has been altered from its original condition, worn or damaged.

All headwear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items
All sale items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any sale items.

How to return or exchange your item
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at customerservice@edenandzoe.com using the subject "Return" or "Exchange" and include your order number, which item/s you wish to return or exchange and the reason.  We will respond with directions on how to proceed.

Once your item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange or refund will be then be processed. We do not refund any shipping charges associated with returns. However, when we mail your exchanged item, there is no shipping charge.
